Finally using the optional step parameters.

I had the optional inputs in agents since the beginning, but now I am finally using them.  

The optional parameters have default values in the function parameters. But they can be overridden by adding the parameter to the step in the workflow.  Wondering if it makes sense to have optional parameters for anything other than the proc agents.
